SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
*I understand that I must also return my child’s signed permission slip to their class.
We are excited for our kindergarten field trip to Kidspace Children’s Museum on September 28, 2026!
To help cover the cost of transportation, we are requesting a $25 Donation per child. Please pay online and return your signed permission slip to your child’s class by Thursday, September 17, 2026.
Online payment is greatly appreciated. If you need to pay by cash or check, please include your payment in the provided envelope when returning your permission slip. Make checks payable to Condit PFA.
Reminder that all field trip contributions are voluntary. No student will be excluded from the field trip based on their family’s ability or decision to contribute. However, the field trip may be canceled if sufficient funds are not raised.
